Alloggio consigliato

Pro: La casa era accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, i letti sono comodi, tutte le finestre sono con vista, sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi tutto a pochi metri, la fermata del vaporetto è situata a 5 minuti. Anche la proprietaria è disponibile è gentile, noi 3 ci siamo trovati bene

Contro: C'erano molte zanzare e la mancanza di zanzariere nelle finestre non aiutava, x il resto è un buon alloggio, lo consiglio

Pro: Ottima posizione e una bella vista. La casa aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulita.

Contro: Un paio di sere, fino a tarda notte, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire per il chiasso proveniente dalle persone ai bar della strada su cui la casa affaccia.

Confort e praticità

Pro: Posizione ottima per ogni servizio come spesa, ristoranti, bar, mezzi, vicinanza alla Biennale. Camere da letto ampie e rapporto qualità prezzo molto soddisfacente.

Contro: Via Garibaldi è molto frequentata fino a tardi causa presenza di numerosi locali con tavoli all'aperto. La ristrutturazione dell'appartamento e le finestre nuove attutiscono molto il rumore.

Pro: Beautiful and spacious apartment! It is really well equipped and clean too. Location is amazing at an vibrant area with lots of great and affordable restaurants, full of locals. I would stay here again next time if I will visit Venice!

Great place for a short stay. Perfect location

Pro: Location was superb. 5 minutes from Arsenale. Air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms.

Contro: Living room/kitchen was small but very functional and did the job (bedrooms were fine). We didn’t come to Venice to sit in.

Lovely location

Pro: Great location close enough to San Marco but away from the crowds. Lots of great restaurants near by for dinner. Our host provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. Appreciated the air conditioning and the laundry options.

Contro: The people in the restaurant below were a bit noisy one of the nights.

Excellent location with a great price-to-quality ratio.

Pro: A friendly and caring host who provided a lot of information and was flexible in responding to our requests. A great location in the city, especially for those attending the Venice Biennale. You can see the sea from the window, and there are many excellent restaurants just down the street from the apartment.

Contro: I can't name anything bad.

So great that I would make it my first choice for a return visit to Venice

Pro: I liked the wonderful location within walking distance to St Mark’s Square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
