Pro: Davvero tutto! L’appartamento era molto pulito, accogliente, caldo e fornito davvero di tutto il necessario per sentirsi semplicemente a Casa. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile; è stato un piacere conoscerla. La posizione è ottima, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Soggiornare qui ha aggiunto un valore in più alla nostra esperienza veneziana. 😊

Pro: Appartamento ben curato e centralissimo a 5 minuti sia dal ponte di rialto che da piazza San Marco.

Pro: Posizione strategica per visitare la città in toto. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulitissima, Leandro è stato molto accogliente e ci ha consigliato degli ottimi posti per fermarsi a pranzare/cenare. Struttura che consigliamo perché ci siamo trovati molto bene, non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma sembrava equipaggiata di tutto il necessario.

Contro: Niente da segnalare

Pro: The location was excellent, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants as well as The Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, well equipped and there was very little street noise.

Pro: Location could not be better, 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Lots of useful communication from the host before and during our stay. A personal meeting to let us into the apartment and tell us all we needed to know for an easy stay. The apartment is cosy and warm, decorated in traditional style. Perfectly clean, comfortable bed. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook a meal. Plus there is a supply of condiments and coffee we could help ourselves to. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay, close to everything, but far enough away at the same time.

Pro: We really enjoyed the appartment, everything has been well thought through. After walking through big crowds all day it felt like an oasis to return to of an evening. Daniela was a great host giving us plenty of recommendations for dinner. The appartment is also close to a supermarket and a pharmacy.

Contro: The bathroom is small and you have to shimmy into the shower sideways. Having said that once in the shower was more than acceptable.
