Ca' Magna Apartment

Miglior soggiorno mai fatto, impossibile da eguagliare!

Pro: Tutto magnifico, la casa è pulita, comoda da raggiungere, ha un bagno fantastico, riscaldamento autonomo per ogni stanza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, phon, tutto. Non manca nulla.

Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto, in particolar modo la disponibilità dei gestori dell’appartamento. Rispondevano in maniera molto puntuale sulla chat whatsapp e hanno saputo accogliere le mie esigenze.

Appartamento eccezionale, posizione favolosa

Pro: L’appartamento è un incanto: stanze spaziose, bagno grande, soggiorno bellissimo, cucina curata.

Contro: Un maggiore accorgimento a qualche dettaglio: asciugamano nel bagno, canovaccio in cucina..

Soggiorno piacevole in compagnia di amici

Pro: Appartamento in centro Venezia, pulito, grande e accogliente con tutti i servizi necessari.

Contro: Terzo piano senza ascensore e con le valigie risulta un po’ scomodo

Posizione super!

Pro: La posizione, molto comoda per noi che eravamo a Venezia a visitare la Biennale. L'arredamento dell'appartamento e la pulizia.

Contro: L'appartamento era perfetto per noi (due coppie). Segnalo solo che gli scalini da fare per raggiungerlo sono davvero tanti e che non è adatto a persone anziane o con difficoltà deambulatorie.

Spero di tornare

Pro: Appartamento molto ampio, fresco di ristrutturazione, molto luminoso. Camere spaziose e pulite. Bagno molto ampio e nuovo, con ampia finestra su una corte. Zona silenziosa ma a pochi passi da un campo principale e da san Marco. E' al terzo piano ma a Venezia è normale barattare la luminosità della casa con un po' di fatica nel salire le scale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo che spero mantengano anche in futuro. Accoglienza tutta virtuale ma molto ricettiva e disponibile.

Contro: Farei un po' più attenzione alla pulizia delle stoviglie ma credo sia un problema diffuso in molto strutture: i tempi stretti tra un cambio e l'altro impedisce una cura profonda.

Pro: Our trip to Venice is one we will always remember. The accommodation was clean, modern and spacious. The communication via What'sapp was clear and straightforward and ensured we could find the apartment despite the challenges of navigating Venice. The apartment is everything it was promised to be, and we could not fault it. If you are travelling with a family this is one to choose!

Contro: Additional guide to thermosat! Its too warm in the winter! A true first world problem.

Great apartment. Great location

Pro: Once we felt comfortable with how to find our way around Venice, we loved how central the apartment was. Easy access to Rialto and San Marco, as well as restaurants, shops and gelato. It is quite spacious and fun to be able to look out the windows down to a canal. Having a kitchen meant we could buy breakfast items from a nearby grocery store.

Contro: The streets aren't well sign posted in Venice, but we were given detailed instructions from the airport, train and so on.

Pro: Great location, really large apartment and air con was great.

Contro: Only small down side is all the stairs but they do tell you this in advance.

Excellent stay, great location, lighting on stairs only issue

Pro: The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, immaculately clean and tidy with all items you need for a city break stay

Contro: The apartment was on the very top of the building and the walk up to it was dark a lot of the lights didn’t work and with kids with you it was a bit ropey

Venice par excellence being based at this location!

Pro: The unit is fabulous, it has large rooms, is meticulously maintained, clean, fully equipped and the location is perfect. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but within less than a 3-minute walk away from some great restaurants, and all main attractions are within easy walking distance. Some great quality shops in the immediate area as well. I would make use of the facility again on my next visit! For the elderly - please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there are some 70 odd steps to climb.

Contro: Loved the unit!
