CASA MODERNA A DUE PASSI DA RIALTO

È bella Venezia

Pro: Casa comoda, accogliente, pulita, ordinata. La cucina completa, oltre alle cose ovvie, di pentole con coperchi, scolapasta, detersivo, sale, olio, apribottiglie. Secondo piano con ascensore funzionante, affaccio su cortili privati e silenziosi, lontana da tutti i rumori molesti della zona più frequentata di sera e di notte. Bagno funzionante in tutto; letti comodi con trapunta e coperte di riserva nell'armadio, pronte in caso di necessità.

Contro: Manca la caffettiera e anche la macchinetta del caffè a cialde. Le pressanti richieste di buttare via l'immondizia ci avevano fatto venire un po' d'ansia, ma in effetti buttarla è stato davvero molto facile e non ha dato alcun problema. La casa è situata in una zona in cui tutti i condomini sono interamente occupati di appartamenti ad uso turistico, rendendo l'ambiente un po' finto. Questo ovviamente è un problema sistemico, niente affatto imputabile alla gestione dell'appartamento.

Pro: Tutto. Casa perfetta. Spaziosa, pulita e posizione ottima. Host attento e disponibile fin da subito ad ogni richiesta.

Pro: The place is very good and totally recommended! Communication with owner was very good too and the room looks exactly like on the photos! Would stay again!

Contro: I would prefer double bed or two single beds pushed together. Having double bed with single mattresses on it doesn't make sense... they slip and it wasn't convenient... that was the only issue

Pro: Good location. Near enough to landmarks yet not so near to be noisy. Host is pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and fully equipped with elevator access for upper floors

Contro: Personally, I felt the mattresses too soft

Pro: We couldn’t stay at the apartment because of the weather but the owner provided us an alternative similar. The communication with him was perfect the whole time. Thanks a lot.

Amazing stay — clean, spacious, great location, thoughtful layout, and a kind host who even helped us mail postcards!

Pro: Amazing stay! Just 5 minutes’ walk to Venice F.Te Nove station and 10 minutes to the main shopping area. The two bedrooms are separated by a living room, offering great privacy — perfect for a good night’s sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and there’s even an elevator! The host was incredibly kind and even helped us mail postcards — truly grateful!

A little oasis in the hectic maze of Venice - Exceptional apartment in a quiet but central location!

Pro: Amazingly quiet, comfortable and sparkling clean place in a great location. We stayed here as a family of four and loved the central and quiet location. An easy walk to the boat station and Rialto Bridge. Close to a grocery store for convenience. Very friendly and helpful host. Great value and highly recommended.

Pro: The apartment was excellent! It’s located in a very quiet area, yet just a short walk from all the main sights. The pier with boats to the airport, Murano, and Burano is also nearby, which was super convenient. There’s a grocery store and a fresh fruit & vegetable shop particularly just around the corner. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and always available to help. We’d be happy to stay here again!
