Casa di design in zona lontana dalla pazza folla

Pro: Posizione in zona tranquilla e quasi residenziale direi. Comunque non lontano dal super centro di piazza san marco. E a 4 minuti a piedi da una fermata di vaporetto (comodo per Burano/Murano soprattutto). Casa dotata di tutto (anche diffusore per il phon che da riccia è una cosa che apprezzo molto!). Pulita e molto curata come si vede in foto. Molto comodo anche il deposito bagagli anche se vanno considerati i tempi lunghi per raggiungere la stazione (in generale muoversi con un vaporetto non è come muoversi con la metro per intenderci!)

Contro: Solo che è un po’ buia. E cuscini e materassi troppo morbidi. Ma volendo proprio fare la precisetti… 😀

Pro: Arredamento stilosissimo, spazi perfetti. Casa da perdere la testa

Poor space to allocate clothes

Pro: I like the location and the cleaning of the apartment.

Contro: I did not like that the host was not present at our arrival and we did not receive instructions regarding the unit facilities. There was no washing machine and the cupboard was not meant for hanging the clothes because inside there was the heater.

A very relaxing break in Venice.

Pro: This was a lovely apartment in a quiet area but still close to lots of lovely restaurants/bars/shops and a vaparetto stop and within walking distance from San Marco square. It was exceptionally clean and our hosts were really accommodating allowing us to drop and leave our bags early/late and even sorting a new highchair for our toddler as there wasn’t one. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfy. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Venice again in the future.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a charming neighbourhood

Pro: It was clean, beautifully decorated and the host was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful & clean apartment. Quiet, away from the crowds. Five min walk to the water, and fantastic restuarants

Pro: We were kindly greeted by our host. The property is beautiful and on the first floor. Light and airy. The central heating worked and a full functioning kitchen. Artistic touches around the house made it feel beautiful and cared for. We would stay again!

Contro: We did not mind, but it is 20 min walk to Marco square. It's quiet and we were out of the crowds. For those of us who want this, it's perfect.

Perfect location, well curated interior, bit pricey for what we got

Pro: Very nice interior, apt good located at quiet area, nearby the main attractions. The Appartement was very clean and getting the keys was pretty easy.

Contro: the gas boiler in the room with the two beds was intermittently pretty loud so the person who slept there had difficulties sleeping, also the heater didn't work properly which was a bit disappointing during these heavy rainy days because we couldn't dry our clothes. In the description it would be better not to mention there would be free toiletries, otherwise I would have brought my own.

Pro: Location was great. Crockery, fridge, cooker and all tools for for us to do our own food. Great kitchen area. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning that was much needed. Host extremely helpful, polite, honest, was in touch as we arrived, very helpful on phone with giving us directions and was there at the apartment to greet us and explain everything, also advising of the surrounding area and places to visit.

Contro: Nothing it was a great stay with nothing extra needed.

Perfect place for seeing Venezia.

Pro: Venice Parsley is ideally located away from busy areas at the end of a waterway so there are no passers by making it tranquil. 10mins walk from the Fondamente Nova water taxi station. The property is stylish and clean with great air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable and the the whole place was very well equipped. We were a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers and the apartment was a perfect size. A great base for seeing a fantastic part of Italy.

Contro: Nothing. It was perfect.
