Beautiful spacious apartment within walking distance to all tourist sites, and great restaurants.

Pro: Location was great as out of the normal touristy areas of Venice, but within walking distance to everything. Beautiful apartment including a washing machine which was so handy. Nice restaurants nearby too..

Our stay was better than expected, the position of the apartment made the holiday.

Pro: The property was clean well situated and had all the facilities we needed for a two week stay. The description provided was exactly what we got. Facilities we used included the mosquito nets and air-conditioning both of which were very effective. The best thing about there apartment is being situated in a quiet area with all facilities within 10 to 15 minutes easy walk, the water bus only 2 min away means that the Lido and beach are 30 min on the bus.

Contro: The apartment is on the second floor with no lift so bags have to be carried up the stairs. Normally this would not be a problem but at the end of a long days traveling it does take the edge of the arrival.

Unser Aufenthalt war komfortabel.

Pro: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes modernes Appartment mit allem, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Fest installierte Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern wären gut, da es sehr viele Stechmücken gibt. Die vorhandenen Netze sind beschädigt.

Ruhige Wohnung in sehr verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und untouristischen Teil von Cannaregio nahe an einer Vaporettostation. Die nächsten Bars und Restaurants sowie ein relativ großer Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den veröffentlichten Bildern.
