Pro: Splendido alloggio molto open space, pulitissimo, belle finiture, con tutto l’occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno. Spitz, prosecco e delizie varie di benvenuto, posizione eccellente vicino a Rialto. Claudia gentilissima ci è stata molto d’aiuto per individuare ristoranti, organizzare il taxi dalla stazione a casa e viceversa. Partire col motoscafo dal piccolo pontile privato è favoloso.

Pro: Casa Marco Polo is pure magic — perfectly located right on the canal, where you can sit back with a Spritz and watch the gondolas glide by to the sound of Italian classical music. The atmosphere feels like stepping into a postcard of Venice. The apartment was spotless, elegant, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality — they went above and beyond to arrange my transfers and make everything seamless from arrival to departure. A truly special place that captures the beauty and charm of Venice. Highly recommended!

Pro: Sitting at the balcony watching the gondola pass by and people on the Marco Polo bridge was the highlight off our stay (and we had an amazing stay in Venice).

Pro: This is an incredibly special place. During our three-night stay, the kids spent hours sitting by the window, waving and chatting with people passing by on the gondola—it brought them so much joy. And Claudia is, without a doubt, the kindest and most helpful host I’ve ever met. Thanks to her, our last stop on this trip was absolutely magical. Arriving and departing by water taxi just made it all the more unforgettable. Thank you, Claudia and your husband, for everything. I recommend this place 100%.

Amazing apartment with a great view and location!

Pro: Everything! The apartment is a great size and well equipt. The host Claudia was very helpful and friendly. We loved the seating area by the water and spent a lot of time there watching boats 😍

A lovely stay in this spacious apartment with charming little terrace to watch the gondolas glide by.

Pro: The apartment was spacious and quiet while being in the heart of Venice. The canal level little terrace was so special to sit and watch the gondolas glide by. Absolutely charming. It even had its own platform so you could arrive by water taxi! Claudia the host was also lovely and helpful.

Contro: A very minor thing, but some reading lights by the bed would be handy.

Claudia is a perfect host and the apartment amazing.

Pro: The view from the apartment is absolutely incredible. It’s so good it’s difficult to leave it! The location is fabulous everting you need is nearby.
