Pro: Everything was brilliant, the communication, the location, the place. We loved it, simple, we lived in the area, cooked our own food and just enjoyed ourselves. It’s brilliant and well done.

Pro: The time we spsnt in Venice was one of the besr times we had in our entire live. The city and its climat is grate, the apartment was wonderful- clean - grate location - the building - place - was giving the historical outcome and feeling of the past times. The landrod picked us up form the ferry and was very helpful in such a way that we felt like we would be in the Venice dream in respect to all the enormous history of Venice and its lovely climate for couples, marriages and lovers. We deeply recomend this City and apartment to stay and experience the memories which will evidently be a part Venice Love Story. With love Lukas and Nataly

В этой квартире ты как будто на корабле в каюте капитана.

Pro: Шикарный вид из окон, расположение идеальное, чтобы гулять во всех направлениях, очень тихий остров - а через мост уже улица с магазинами и кафе. Сама квартира очень атмосферная - со скрипучим паркетом, антикварной мебелью и коллекцией живописи. При этом со стиральной машинкой, утюгом и всем необходимым на кухне. Особенная благодарность за то, что заселили нас немного раньше установленного времени.

I will definitely come back here next time!

Pro: I am very satisfied with my stay in this apartment and believe it to be one of my best experiences in Venice, where I have been multiple times: the location, comfort, cleanliness, and communication with the staff are all excellent!

Contro: The only thing missing was an additional air conditioner, as one is not enough to cool the entire apartment.
