Ca' della Madoneta - Vista Canale

Spero di poter tornare nuovamente a Venezia e sicuramente ricontatterò il proprietario.

Pro: Siamo stati 4 giorni e 3 notti. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con due bambini di 7 e 13 anni. L alloggio si trova facilmente e soprattutto collegato benissimo. L appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, ideale per soggiornare a Venezia. A 10 Min. A piedi da Piazza San Marco,. Il proprietario è stato molto meticoloso nello spiegarci e inviarci tutte le info necessarie per arrivare nell' alloggio. Sicuramente consigliato. E poi??? Che dire ... Affaccio del soggiorno direttamente su uno dei canali, suggestivo.

Contro: Nulla, tutto Vera perfetto.

Pro: The apartment has an excellent location. You can reach everywhere within 10-15 minutes by walk. There are bakeries, groceries, a pharmacy, restaurants in the immediate nearby. We had a drink every evening right next to the apartment. The apartment also pleasantly surprised me with equipment. I forgot my toothbrush and there was a complete set in the bathroom :). The owner communicated with us via whatsapp without any problems. We even forgot the keys in the apartment and he quickly tried to arrange for us to get the keys.

Contro: The street is busy even at night and from early morning. But few nights it can be endured :)

Wonderful cozy stay with great host and amazing location

Pro: The apartment is very cozy and it has a great location. It has a canal view which is an extra and the host is very good. All the amenities were fantastic

Contro: Beds were not so comfortable as expected but it was the only detail. If you are an old person keep in mind that it’s a 2 stories apartment and the bathroom is downstairs. You’ll also need to bring your luggage to the 2nd floor by stairs. I didn’t have any issue with that, but it could be a problem for someone else.

Idealne miejsce!

Pro: Super lokalizacja i kontakt z właścicielem. Cudowne przeżycia i piękny widok z okien na kanał. W apartamencie nie brakowało nam niczego. Wszystko idealnie.

Contro: Nie ma nic takiego

Pro: Ligging in oude binnenstad. Mooie ruimte, veel voorzieningen (die je bij kort verblijf niet gebruikt, zoals wasmachine en droger).

Contro: Door de akoestiek van de steeg komt het geluid van buiten soms luid naar binnen. Gastheer communiceert ook in het Italiaans; op desbetreffend verzoek komt daarna een versie in het Engels. Dit is onhandig. Verzoek om kopieën van legitimatiebewijs driemaal ontvangen, terwijl deze na eerste oproep al opgezonden waren. Dat ontdekten e na de derde oproep zelf.

Delightful apartment

Pro: This is a charming old fashioned apartment with two separate bedrooms. It is conveniently located near to the railway station, markets and Rialto bridge. A supermarket is less than a minutes walk.

Contro: The main bedroom got all the street noise, til 3am on a Fri night so bring earplugs!
