Cosy nice place close to the train station

Pro: Nice place - close to the bus and train station however the place is quiet. Clean, authentic, cosy, has everything that’s needed for a stay in kitchen and bathroom. It was warm and you can set up the thermostat.

Contro: Just a note - you need to reach the flat by 2 flights of narrow stairs - might be difficult for some people or with heavy luggage.

Pro: We absolutely loved the location of our accommodation! It was conveniently situated within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Being able to stroll to restaurants, shops, and attractions made our stay so much more enjoyable and convenient.

Zu Fuß in einer Minute in der Bäckerei, ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Vom Bahnhof wirklich keine 10 Minuten entfernt.

Pro: Sehr bequemes Bett, sauber, funktionierende Heizung, Bad sehr sauber, Dusche funktioniert gut. Es gab Kaffee und Zucker. Kontakt sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Contro: Nur 2-Platten-Kocher, von denen eine nicht gut funktionierte. Wie üblich die meisten Töpfe ohne Deckel, kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher.

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit liebevoller Einrichtung zentral in einem hochwertigen Viertel gelegen, trotzdem ruhig

Pro: Liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde einfach an alles gedacht, von Reinigungsprodukten und Kosmetika in Bad und Küche, ausgewählter Dekoration, persönlicher Nuance bei der Wahl der Möbel…

Contro: Die Matratze ist etwas dünn und nach mehreren Nächten bekommt man Rückenschmerzen. Müsste durch eine dickere ersetzt werden

Pro: Le calme et l'accès très facile à tout ce qu'offre Venise. Ce quartier estudiantin est toujours épargné par les masses touristiques. Nous avons découvert des librairies, ma boulangerie préférée n'a pas bougé et en cherchant du côté de la Scuola San Rocco, nous avons aussi trouvé un nouveau café. Cela fait déjà la 3ème fois que nous sommes logés à Ca Falier blu et nous nous sentons toujours aussi bien dans cet appartement spacieux et chaleureux, épargné par le mauvais goût clinquant. En remontant jusqu'au Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, nous sommes rentrés dans une pâtisserie café très animée et les produits étaient de très bonne qualité. Nous sommes allés au ghetto et nous avons visité deux Synagogues pour terminer dans un jardin secret. Tous les instants de notre séjour restent dans nos mémoires comme des trésors de paix et de lumière.
