Pro: Accommodation could have not been better Near vaporetta stop shops beautiful square and market. Young Man who met us was extremely helpful. Only problem front door to apartment hard to open key just kept going around

Great location, spacious rooms equipped with all the amenities.

Pro: Loved the possibility of leaving lagguage in the apartment ahead of check-in, the host availability. Amir was waiting for us in front of the apartment and gave us great tips on things to do in venice that are out of the usual list

Contro: difficult to find space in the kitchen cupboards for shopping

Pro: Apartement is spacious. It is located close to vaporetto station in quiet place. Supermarket is nearby.

Pro: Great Accomodation in Venice. Convinient location to restaurant, supermarket and transportaion (water bus). Staff are friendly and helpful. Great thanks to Annalisa and Michael's help during our stay in Venice.

Spacious and wonderful stay in Venice

Pro: Spacious apartment and with laundry facilities. Love it. Luca is very cute, friendly and warm. He is very patient to highlight all the interesting places for us to visit👍

Contro: No English translation on the washing machine which challenged us to use them. Would suggest to have simple translation on the functions for understanding

Pro: L'emplacement au top, quartier calme avec une petite place très sympa à proximité avec petits commerces et restaurants. L'appartement très bien équipé, très qualitatif, très propre. Parfait.

Venice Wonderful, No Matter What!

Pro: We've been here before, in 2019, rented the other apartment on the second floor. So we kind of knew what to expect, and the property met our expectations. Excellent location, close to main touristic attractions. Grocery store nearby where one can replenish food and drinks supplies. The hosts were available and helpful anytime we've contacted them.

Contro: No #1: Weather! We had two days with downpouring rain that limited our strolling capacity. No #2: A sharp increase in the price of Parking (from 25 euro/day to 35. There was also an increase on the rental price of our unit, comparing to 2019. But then, there's inflation all over the world.

Pro: El departamento es igual al de las fotografías, grandes espacios, camas súper cómodas, la ubicación a solo 10 min caminando de la estación de tren, media cuadra del vaporeo, cerca de tiendas de máscaras y restoranes.
