Pro: L'appartamento è frutto di una ristrutturazione conservativa davvero elegante e curata anche nei dettagli. Spazioso. Terrazza. Posizione ottima nel quartiere Cannaregio. Silenziosa. Pulita.

Contro: I bagni ai piani superiori. Le scale interne all'appartamento non sono adatte a persone con difficoltà motoria e raggiungere il bagno di notte potrebbe essere disagevole.

Pro: Everything was perfect !!!!The place, the check in lady, the location!!!! Hope to see you again soon!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

Morher Daughter trip

Pro: It was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Two very comfy beds - pillows thick and fluffy Had all the kitchen facilities in TVs is each bedroom A lovely lounge and open planned kitchen dining area Had a roof terrace which was a nice surprise. The staff we very accommodating and very helpful

Contro: Would have benefitted from having the following:- - slippers and dressing gowns as the floors were stone - furniture on the roof terrace - a welcome package - we arrived late at night and not even a pint of milk for a coffee, many places I read had milk wine and snacks left as a welcome tray which would have been a nice touch - no views at all other than neighbours apartment but that is very common in Venice due to the position of the houses of course so to be expected. I would have liked a view though for the morning coffee and also when returned from a long day there was nothing to look at when arrived back. - the apartment was north facing so didn’t get any sun on it.

the best business trip.

Pro: It was the best location, the space, the neat modern interior, the bedding, and the two bathrooms were the best for four people to stay in.

Contro: It was marked that there was a washing machine, but it was very unfortunate that it wasn't, but it was fortunate that there was a heating system in the bathroom.

Pro: Loved this place. Beautiful decor and furniture. Very comfortable, quiet and stylish. Great location.

Contro: Forgot to leave extra bedding for 5th person but this was remedied in few hours. Lots of questions and time to register including deposit

Sich wie zu Hause fühlen in der Lagunenstadt

Pro: Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles da was man braucht. Bequeme Betten mit riesengroßer Decke. Man hat das Gefühl, die Decke für sich allein zu haben. Super schöne saubere Badezimmer. Absolute Ruhelage, dabei nur 3 min zum nächsten Vaporetto oder Geschäft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Contro: Leider hat der Tür Code beim Hauseingang nicht funktioniert und wir hatten zu viert nur einen Schlüssel, was dazu führte, dass unsere Freunde ohne Schlüssel nicht ins Haus konnten und somit warten mussten, bis ich kam und aufsperrte. Wenn das repariert würde oder es zwei Schlüssel gäbe, wäre die Bewertung eine 10!

Pro: Beautifly decorated place, very big and close to near by commercial street

Contro: There is a 600 eur deposit , that needs to be considered

Pro: Nice and clean and spacious. Location was good. Kitchen had just what we needed. Loved the balcony

Pro: Квартира просто чудесная! Очень красивая, чистая, новая, двухэтажная с выходом на крышу. Расположение отличное и в общем невероятно приятные ощущения после проживания в этом я бы даже назвала это домике!) Жили с двумя детьми, было очень комфортно!)(для маленьких детей: обратите внимание, есть лестница)

Contro: Единственное, не было стиральной машины и утюга, но это не критично, потому что общие ощущения просто отличные!

super appartement.

Pro: appartement super, très bien situé, j'adore ce quartier qui reste authentique. A 2 pas de l'animation, appartement dans une rue calme.

Contro: S'il y a des locataires dans l'appartement du dessous, cela peut etre bryant dans les chambres. Meme si les locataires du dessus ne parlent pas fort et mettent la musique pas forte non plus. Nous avons eu une nuit ou l'on a subit le bruit des voisins et une nuit sans pb car ils étaient partis.
