Ottima soluzione per visitare Venezia

Pro: Super comodo per raggiungere Venezia, a soli 10 minuti di tram la cui fermata ad appena 3 minuti a piedi dall'abitazione. Bell'appartamento spazioso perfetto per noi (famiglia di 4 persone) e anche piacevolmente arredato. Letti xl Zona residenziale con molto verde e un bel parco a pochi passi. Cortesia ed efficienza del proprietario

Easy to reach the main part of Venice via tram

Pro: A spacious, rather continental than Venice-like apartment in the most comfortable distance to Piazello Roma in the head of the “Venice fish”. Logistics is great, no doubt - a stop of T1 tram is in 3 mins and then it takes 10 mins for 2 stops to the terminal stop. Good grocery in 12-13 mins walk. An occasion to regulate heating temperature by very simple remote.

Contro: A lot of things were out of order - dishwasher, coffee machine, a lid of a kettle, towel dryer in the bathroom. It’s quite understandable that we are the people with all our weakness, but nevertheless…

Pro: Location and facilities that are provided by owner are great.

Contro: Unfortunatively, heating system wasn't working that day.

Pro: We stayed at the San Giuliano Apartment from September 6th to September 8th, 2025, and we were absolutely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and we felt comfortable right away. The location is excellent: for those traveling by car, there is a large parking area available. In addition, a train station is only about a 3-minute walk away. From there, the T1 line runs every 10–15 minutes directly to Venice. Tickets can easily be purchased at the kiosk downstairs, where you also get clear explanations about the different options – for example, a day pass for buses and trains, or a tourist ticket that also includes the water buses (highly recommended). We would definitely recommend this accommodation and will certainly book it again the next time we visit Venice!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Pro: Everything was clean and well-equipped. The location was very good - only a two minute walk from tram stop. The host was really kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again :)

Pro: Jó lokáció, négy személyre kényelmes. Nagyon könnyű bejutni Velencébe, akár hajnalban is, de éjszaka is van közlekedési lehetőség.

Pro: Fijn appartement met heerlijke bedden slechts 10 minuten buiten Venetie. Attente host met duidelijke informatie. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, kleine badkamer maar volledig voorzien. Slechts 10 minuten met de tram die vrijwel voor de deur stopt. De kaarten voor het openbare vervoer koop je bij de tabaksshop onder in het kleine appartementencomplex. Ook heerlijke afhaalpizza’s worden in hetzelfde gebouw verkocht. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het gebouw is wat gehorig maar dat is nou eenmaal de bouw, voor ons niet storend. Je zit tussen de lokale bewoners dus de kans op overlast is klein denk ik.

Pro: Coup de cœur, communication au top et tout était nickel

Contro: Froid dans l'appart au début mais au bout de 2h de chauffage plus rien à dire
