The view from the terrace must be one of the best in Venice!

Pro: A perfect location, in a quiet neighbourhood, but with easy access to transport, supermarket and places of interest. The apartment was very spacious. The best place we have ever stayed in Venice!

Stunning Property

Pro: Absolutely everything! Have just spent one week in this beautiful, authentic venetian apartment in a great location. Amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views. Pietro met us at water taxi and was the most welcoming, helpful host.

Our stay at Mimi's Loft helped to make our 2nd visit to Venice memorable.

Pro: The location was perfect with everything accessible on foot or by a short vaporetto ride. The views from both the apartment and it's rooftop terrace are outstanding. I have more photographs of San Giorgio Maggiore than I care to count.

Contro: It would have been helpful if someone had turned off the rain so that we could have enjoyed the rooftop terrace more.

Best stay we ever had

Pro: We spent the most fabulous week in Mimi’s Loft, celebrating our wedding anniversary and meeting our daughter and her friend. No accommodation could have been better than this: spacious, flooded with light and with a spectacular view on the Lagune to Isola Giudecca - one can’t describe the beauty of this outlook. For the four of us the flat was ideal, though a fifth person easily could have stayed. - We were welcomed in the friendliest way by Pietro and his father Alessandro who introduced us in this spotlessly clean Loft, explained anything and gave us advice where to go. Conversation by email and contact before couldn’t have been better, as Paola always answered timely to any request, especially when a flight was cancelled and we had to rearrange data of stay. This host can be recommended without compromises and we certainly will come back.

Pro: Le propriétaire est venu nous attendre à l’aéroport pour nous ramener à l’appartement.

Contro: Un panier d’accueil avec pâtes et jambon serait utile pour les arrivées tardives car à Venise les restaurants ferment à 21h…

Wieder einmal eine schöne Woche mit Biennale in Venedig

Pro: Lage ausgezeichnet am Giudeccakanal. Große Wohnung im Dachgeschoß. Charmante Patina mit antiken Möbeln und Bildern. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Komplette Küche. Betten ausgezeichnet. Als Highlight gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick.

Contro: nichts

ATEMBERAUBENDE AUSSICHT

Pro: Die Aussicht auf die Lagune ist sowohl aus der Wohnung, wie auch von der Terrassse aus ATEMBERAUBEND! Die Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Antiquitäten und sehr vielen schönen Bildern ist sehr schön. Der Charme der alten Patrizierwohnung ist unvergleichlich.

Contro: Es fehlen ein paar wenige Küchengeräte und Geschirr, z.bsp. Teekrug und Toaster. Es wäre schön, wenn sich bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser befände. Ausserdem riecht es in der Wohnung etwas unangenehm, so wie in den meisten alten Häusern im Süden.
