Luxury on the Gran Canal with wonderful view

Pro: Everything was great. The apartment is very beautiful, cozy, and in a very good location.

Fabulous stay - could not have been better.

Pro: This is a fabulous property right on the Grand Canal with its own pontoon and private patio on the canal. Marta the owner and host met us at the property - we were able to take a water taxi from the train station and be dropped at the pontoon - which made handling the luggage through Venice so much easier. Marta is a wonderful host and gave us a thorough briefing about the apartment and the appliances etc. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is spacious with air-conditioning and beautiful bathrooms. It is better than the photos. The location is perfect - it is on the other side of the canal from St Mark's Square but right next to Academia Bridge - so it is not as busy - but the bridge is only 50 meters away so easy to join all the tourists and walk to St Mark's. There is a restaurant/cafe/bar next door to the apartment and supermarket only few minutes away.

Contro: Nothing wonderfully !! Just One potential additional suggestion is maybe to add one glass door between the bedroom and bathroom in the master suite - just as idea to make it absolutely perfect!!

Pro: This apartment was great. The view was amazing. Being on the ground floor was a plus. The beds and pillows were very firm, so if you like that, you'll be happy.

Wonderful stay right in the grand canal

Pro: Amazing property right on the grand canal with a private dock. We had the water taxi drop us off and pick us up right at the door. Very quiet at night. When leaving the house you step right into the heart of academia. Location and quality of the home is amazing.

Immersive while still secluded.

Pro: Everything exceeded expectations. Being greeted at the private dock and given a tour of the apartment is such a warm welcome to Venice. The location is perfect, being right on the canal we felt a part of the city while still being secluded.

Amazing stay with spectacular view.

Pro: Beautiful apartment right on the canal. The apartment was so quiet. The water bus was right there and we were able to access many locations. Walking through the beautiful street with bridges, canals, quaint shops and delicious restaurants. A wonderful experience and it all started with my first contact with the owner who answered all my questions quickly. Thank you it was a pleasure staying at your property.
