Ca' de la Gondola

Ottima esperienza nell’isola di Murano (corretto rapporto qualità - prezzo, posizione strategica)

Pro: Posizione tattica (vicina all’imbarco del traghetto e ai negozi di alimentari). Quartiere tranquillo. Cortile esterno piacevole da usare nelle serate estive. Alloggio corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione.

Quiet comfortable apartment

Pro: The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond when we had questions. Having stayed on Venice island several times, we enjoyed the relative quiet of Murano, even though it meant longish travel times for some activities.

Contro: There are two small steps in the courtyard that are hard to see in the bright sun - stumbled almost every time. Maybe mark the edge.

Pro: We had a beautiful, peaceful stay a Ca' de la Gondola. It was clean and very nicely appointed with all you need, washing machine and dryer, large fridge, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and my favourite thing, a fig tree with the most delicious fruit in abundance. A Pleasant Stay on Murano

Pro: Very nice apartment. It was large, comfortable and very quiet.

Contro: I should have researched better...we wouldn't stay on Murano again. It would have been nice to pop back to the apartment for a rest at times during the day and it was a little too sleepy. It was also trickier getting back late in the evenings as the Vaporetto times/stops changed. As for the apartment, we couldn't find a broom and also there was a leak under the kitchen sink that we couldn't wipe up as there were no paper towels.

Had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals & we enjoyed the cute courtyard. Handy to have a washing machine

Contro: A few spider webs on the wooden ceilings (no visible spiders though !). A small glass/metal shelf for toiletries inside the shower cabin and a few towels/clothes hangers inside the bathroom would have been highly appreciated. And please update the English written version of the garbage disposal instructions inside the house ...

Pro: Large, well furnished, new apartment. Large comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet place - you can have the windows open at night. It is actually a separate house with its own backyard, where you can have dinner or breakfast in privacy, undisturbed. The island of Murano itself is a magical place, just 10 minutes away by boat from Venice.

Contro: we missed the towel hooks in the bathroom

Amazing stay in Murano.

Pro: We had our flights cancelled whilst in Venice so had to find somewhere to stay an extra 3 nights. We chose Ca' de la Gondola to get away from the crowds and enjoy peaceful Murano, and we're so glad we did. The apartment is very spacious with lovely furnishings and lots of little touches to make a very comfortable stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood, 2 minute walk from the main canal. Lucia checked us in who was so friendly and welcoming, giving us some history, recommendations and answering all our questions. The apartment almost feels brand new and the appliances certainly reflect this - we very much appreciated the amazing air con during the heat wave. If it suits you to stay in Murano then look no further, you won't be disappointed!

Pro: Fajny klimatyczny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba do spędzenia kilku miłych dni w Wenecji. Blisko do tramwaju blisko do sklepu, nie ma tłoku na Murano, więc można odetchnąć po zwiedzaniu głównej wyspy Wenecji..

Super cute apartment with Venetian flare.

Pro: We loved this apartment. We were able to wash our clothes and cook in if we wanted. Great communication from the host who made it easy to find the place. I loved just riding the vaporetto around- so be sure to just buy a 24 or 48 hour pass. It’s worth it because a single ticket for 10 euros only lasts 75 minutes.

Contro: Nothing. It’s quiet and not as crowded as Venice. The only thing I can think of is that the bathroom is not right next to the bedroom.
