Pro: La casa è bellissima, luminosa, silenziosa, spaziosa e accogliente in posizione strategica per la biennale e per vivere Venezia fuori dal turismo

Pro: The apaertement is very spacious and it had everything we needed for the stay. As we stayed with kids, having a washing mashine, dryer and a dishwasher was essential. The apartement is in a nice residential area, if you want to dine and shop where the locals do, this is the right choice for you! Supermarket is very close same as different kinds of restaurants. There is a nice park close by and you are close to San Marco and all the attractions.

Perfect stay in Venice once traveling with a family!

Pro: Location is great, in a very quite neighborhood yet not far from the walking street, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and water bus stations. The host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean and here you can find everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of wonderful books, very cozy and you really can feel like home. Such a great stay!

A lovely quiet apartment, convenient for theBiennale but not easily accessible for older visitors

Pro: Facilities were good, very well resourced. In a quiet convenient part of Castello. Clean and comfortable.

Contro: The stairs were steep and some were damaged. Difficult to access the property on arrival.

Pro: We stayed for 5 nights in this family friendly apartment. It's in a quiet area just next to the back entrance to Biennale (Arsenale location). A lively area with bars and restaurants is 5-8 minutes walk away.

VIVIR VENEZIA

Pro: La casa es tal cual se aprecia en las fotografías: la cocina es muy amplia y muy bien equipada. La habitación de la buhardilla es muy, muy bonita y, en general, toda la vivienda es muy confortable y cómoda. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor pero solo hay que subir un piso. El barrio es pintoresco y muy agradable. Y nuestra anfitriona fue encantadora y nos proporcionó todas las instrucciones necesarias.

Contro: Para nosotras no supuso ningún problema pero es cierto que al ser un edificio antiguo (que, insisto, nos encantó, muy pintoresco y auténtico) los escalones son algo altos y poco profundos, lo que podría ser un problema para alguien muy mayor y/o con dificultades para moverse.

Pro: Mieszkanie w bardzo fajnym klimacie, dobrze wyposażone. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Szczerze polecam.

Pro: La ubicación al lado de la bienalle, el tamaño y la distribución del departamento son geniales no escuchas a la otra persona en el otro cuarto. La cocina es genial y está muy bien equipada. Si vas con niños hay sillas y juegos y libritos para ellos en el living. Todo espectacular!
