Wonderful stay with family

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was excellent — surrounded by many great restaurants and within easy walking distance of the main attractions as well as the train station. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly suited even for traveling with a small child. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Contro: Communication with the property management via WhatsApp was inconvenient when additional assistance was needed, as responses were handled by a bot and some of the messages were confusing. The induction cooktop worked, but only one burner could be used at a time. Additionally, the frying pans were not suitable for induction cooking and should not be part of the kitchen equipment.

Best value apartment in Venice

Pro: Huge apartment with modern facilities, great bathroom with an extra wc, huge bedroom lovely kitchen fully equipped We couldn't have asked for better accomodation the setting was awesome with a canal alongside and located practically next door to a beautiful piazza that had a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a fabulous atmosphere in the evenings. It was only 10 minute walk to st Lucia railway station and we felt safe at all times. If we could give a 10 star rating we would, completely satisfied customers and a big thank you to Sebastiano who met us at the door and explained how to get the best out of our stay.

Comfortable self catering apartment in Venice.

Pro: Self catering comfortable two bedroomed apartment. Main bedroom spacious with good bed, second bedroom an uncomfortable sleeper couch. Good cupboard storage, very poor hangars. Quiet location, about 1km over several bridges from Piazza Roma, do not take large suitcases (or hire a porter). Two grocery stores close by, good local restaurants. Nearby Bar Rosa is good value for drinks, snacks and fresh takeaway sandwiches/panini's.

Contro: It would be very helpful if these self catering apartments provided some basic condiments eg salt pepper, olive oil (we did find a small bottle) and a first night starter pack (tea/coffee/milk etc). It did however provide dishwashing liquid and washing machine soap. Venice has become very expensive, but eating in is still affordable.

Pro: The apartment was excellent—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location made it easy to explore the city, and the host provided outstanding hospitality, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Nice and clean and roomy.

Pro: Clean and recently remodeled. Very roomy with excellent A/C. Next to a square that provided live music.
