Overall, we rate our stay very positively and would gladly return.

Pro: We highly recommend this place! The apartment has an excellent location – close to the city center and the train station, and just a short walk from one of Padua’s most important attractions, the beautiful Scrovegni Chapel. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped, so we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Special thanks go to the porter, Angeli, who was extremely helpful and kind – he assisted us with several things, and we are very grateful for that. We would be happy to come back!

Contro: The only small issue we experienced was with the electricity – when we used the washing machine, the power went off.

Happy stress free holidays

Pro: The apartment is a lovely comfortable base with brilliant central location. It is very well equipped with all the dishes, sugar, soap etc. The host is very helpful. We had a happy, stress free stay.

Contro: Nothing all was fantastic

Pro: The appartement is the perfect location for exploring Padua and for traveling to Venezia. We have been there for 5 days visiting Biennale. The trainstaition is only 5 Minutes away from the appartement even as the Padua Centre. In the appartement we felt from the first moment like home and will definitly come back again.

Hier lässt sich's gut aushalten, man findet eine ruhige, gut ausgestattete Bleibe und der Vermieter ist erreichbar!

Pro: Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln um die Ecke, Innenstadt und Bahnhof fussläufig, alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was für einen Kurztrip nötig war. Sogar Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Die Betten waren bequem.

Contro: Uns hat eine bequeme Ecke zum Chillen gefehlt, die Ledercouch empfanden wir als nicht so einladend. Der große Balkon ist im Herbst nicht mehr richtig nutzbar. Bietet aber schönen Blick in den Hof.

Pro: Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la gare et près du centre de Padova. Facilité d'accès aux commerces. Appartement bien complet. Lit primcipal très confortable. Cuisine avec beaucoup d'ustensiles. Belle salle de bain. On a pu obtenir les clefs 1/4 d'heure plus tôt que l'heure prévue.

Contro: Même si l'appartement est très calme la plupart du temps. Certains soirs, le bar situé à l'angle de la rue est ouvert jusqu'à 2 heures de matin et le volume sonore de la musique (bruit de basses) nous a dérangé lors de l'endormissement (mardi, vendredi, samedi). Je sais que le propriétaire n'y peux rien. Nous lui avons envoyé un mail pour le lui signaler, mail resté sans réponse. Nous aurions apprécié un peu d'empathie.

appartement tres bien situé propre et pratique

Pro: Appartement tres bien situé entre la gare de Padoue (ideal pour aller a Venise et Vérone ) et le centre ville. il est situé a quelques minutes de la chapelle des Scrovegni. De + il y a un supermarché a 2 minutes de l immeuble. l appartement est tres propre, fonctionnel ( machine a laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière a dosettes...) et joliment décoré. il y a une belle terrasse qui donne sur une place calme la nuit. La salle de bain a été refaite a neuve avec gout. très bonne robinetterie

Contro: le grand store de la baie vitrée n est pas électrique aussi cela demande un certain effort pour le lever.

Great terrace, well stocked kitchen, excellent location

Pro: Location is ideal area between the train station and old town with a small super market downstairs. Multiple elevtors for easy access. Comfortable bed, good linens. Host communicated quickly and clearly and arranged an easy check in. Very well stocked kitchen with actual sharp knives, plenty of dishes and cutlery,.good pots and pans and a dishwasher. Lovely terrace. After many Italian apartment rentals with showers so small you can barely move, the large tiled shower was a tremendous luxury. Would gladly stay again.

Contro: There are a couple steps up to the bedroom from the living area. Not an issue at all but an fyi for guests for whom this could be challenging.

Tolles Appartement in super Lage

Pro: Sehr schöne Lage im Stadtzentrum, unkomplizierte und schnelle Abwicklung, toller Balkon. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Pro: Tolle Lage sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Für uns als Familie war der Balkon sehr gut als Erweiterung mit viel Platz zum Essen zu viert.

Pro: Muy moderno. Bien situado. Cómodo y con muchas facilidades como lavadora y lavavajillas. El propietario excelente. Muy atento. Se agradece que deje cápsulas de café. Las toallas muy buenas y limpias. Volvería a repetir 100%
