Un estudio en el centro histórico de Padua

Pro: El apartamento es muy céntrico, y aunque pequeño y básico tiene de todo lo necesario. El anfitrión, Nicoló, fue siempre de mucha ayuda, siempre disponible y muy amable.

Ich würde mich sofort wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden

Pro: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, gut eingerichtet und es lässt an nichts fehlen. Nicolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wir sind sehr froh, auf unserer Italienreise hier ein paar Tage verbracht zu haben

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr nah erreichbar. Man kann auch problemlos für einen Tag nach Venedig fahren, wenn man möchte. Außerdem bieter die Unterkunft alles, was man braucht, sogar einen Diffusor-Aufsatz für den Föhn, und sie war sehr sauber. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon am morgen bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Es gab sogar Croissants vor Ort.

Highly recommended, great value for money

Pro: The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, next to reasonably priced cafes, great restaurants (try the food at Otivm and the drinks at Gillo) and bakeries (Pasticceria Breda was great, rec. by the owner) and it benefits from a vibrant and young crowd. But because the property boasts an inner courtyard, you can hear absolutely no noise from outside. The house itself is lovely, the bathroom is delightful, great towels, lots of toiletries, and it was honestly one of the cleanest places I ever stayed at. Also, one of the best appointed places, you get a bit of everything in the cupboard: coffee, napkins, olive oil, sugar. There`s no need to go shopping as soon as you arrive, like its necessary in other places. The owner is a very nice and helpful person and will do his most for u to feel good there.

Contro: The bed could have been a little more comfortable (it is a sofa bed with a topping, which was not bad at all, except it had a plastic protection which kinda moved around) but I understand and approve the reason behind it. It is more hygienic to use the plastic cover for the topping when you rent a place. It protects you from bedbugs and other people`s bodily fluids. As I said, the place was, indeed, very clean.

Pro: Nettes kleines Apartment - ideal um in Padua ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen, auf halbem Weg zwischen dem großen Parkplatz Prato della Valle und dem absoluten Zentrum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Betreuung durch Nicolo der immer erreichbar ist, auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten hinweist und auch Restaurants, Bars und Pasticcerias empfiehlt!! Preis -Leistung top. Gerne wieder

Agréable séjour à Padoue

Pro: Nous avons apprécié l’appartement pour son emplacement (au cœur de Padoue, tout en étant au calme - donnant sur une cour intérieure). Tout était très propre et soigné. Nicolò (le propriétaire) a été réactif ; il nous a accueilli et nous a donné (beaucoup) d’explications et de recommandations sur la ville.

Contro: Le prix me semble peut être un peu élevé pour dormir sur un canapé lit (bien qu’il soit très confortable), et la climatisation souffle directement dessus, ce qui rend difficile de dormir avec. Avec la taxe de séjour qui n’est pas donnée, ça revient vite cher…
