Vacanza breve ma rilassante!
Pro: Direi tutto. L' appartamento grande, pulito e accogliente, zona molto tranquilla vicino al centro e.... supermercato proprio sotto casa! Host disponibile e attento alle nostre richieste. Grazie

Contro: Mancanza di riscaldamento, termostato spento sicuramente a causa delle batterie scariche, siamo rimasti senza riscaldamento

Pro: Tutto perfetto, alloggio molto comodo e ben organizzato anche per due nuclei familiari, grazie ai due bagni collocati bene.
Contro: Non poter gestire il riscaldamento autonomamente, avendo al seguito una persona molto anziana, avrei voluto gestire la temperatura in autonomia. L'ho fatto presente all'host che ha provveduto ad alzare un poco la temperatura. Ma non abbastanza.

Pro: La posizione, la pulizia, i servizi vicini (servizi pubblici e supermercato), la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari (sempre presenti e molto pazienti a rispondere a tutte le mie domande)

Bellissimo palazzo, comodo al centro anche se un po’ defilato. Parcheggio facile da trovare su righe bianche anche sotto
Pro: La suddivisione degli spazi. Eravamo due coppie e l appartamento ci ha consentito condivisione con adeguata privacy
Contro: Tutto molto carino, nuovo e pulito. Avrei lasciato qualche indicazione sul secondo mazzo di chiavi, che, da quanto ci è sembrato, consentiva accesso al terrazzino.

Una bellissima scoperta
Pro: l'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, pulito e spazioso. La cosa più bella però sono le piccole accortezze come le pantofole offerte e i mini shampoo/bagnoschiuma. Altra cosa utilissima e che ancora non avevo visto è il sistema di check in molto intuitivo e automatizzato da cellulare!
Contro: Farei controllare lo scarico del bagno perché purtroppo esce un po' di cattivo odore, ma niente di particolarmente fastidioso

Spotlessly clean and well located.
Pro: The apartment was newly decorated and spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, there’s no oven but the microwave could be used as a kind of cooker. The outside terrace is a bonus. The location is excellent and the place and street outside quiet. There are magnificent magnolia and other trees outside, a shop with the minimum of everything you need within 20m, a decent supermarket beside the tram stop at S Croce and another 100m beyond stop Canaletto. The tram is 200m away and comes c every 7 minutes. The walk to the Duomo, through the palazzo arch, rt up Cadorna, straight up to the canal, rt up Rogati, left up Barbarigo very pleasant.
Contro: I was apprehensive about the Internet registration and the instructions of how to get into the palazzo but they worked fine. The keys were a comfort. My criticisms are of detail not substance, it just deserves an 8. The furnishings are all IKEA, adequate but not luxurious. The place is not well set up for 4 people, there are only 6 sets of plates and cutlery, it needs 12 to avoid washing up after every single meal. The table knives are flimsy and not good enough for meat and there’s no flat spatula for cooking fish or omelettes, the terrace needs a second little table for 4 people and cushions would be nice. The settee only seats 3. I asked for recommendations of where to eat and got a poor, formulaic reply. These apart it’s pretty good,there were 3 of us, we’d go again.
