Pro: Check-in facile e disponibilità dello staff in base alle esigenze del cliente (nel mio caso, l'orario di arrivo). Stanza pulita e grande. Ho scelto la struttura principalmente per la sua posizione in base alle mie esigenze di viaggio. Zona ben fornita con supermercati, bar, cinema, farmacia e altri negozi utili e ben collegata con il centro città sia per le fermate dei mezzi, sia per arrivare in bici.

Pro: La disponibilità dei gestori nel risolvere tempestivamente qualsiasi richiesta anche fuori dall'ordinario . Veramente complimenti

Pro: Struttura ben accoglienza , istruzioni per il check in chiare e abbastanza rapide. Unico problema col televisore ma son stati in grado di riparare e di preoccuparsi in tempo nonostante il nostro soggiorno fosse corto. Tutto ben pulito , torneremo sicuramente.

Pro: Loved the bathroom especially but everything was as expected and quite spacious.

Contro: There were some cobwebs but I didn't see spiders so it was not a major issue just not expected.

Pro: Nice clean apartment, excellent communication from owner. Good value for money. Great location

Good value, clean, minor compromises

Pro: The area and the building are nice, the apartment very clean. The city center is about a 30 min walk or 10 mins with bike. We liked the coffee that was provided for the coffee machine, though that depends on preference. For grocery shopping Conad is very close and you can take a nice stroll to the Iris park nearby (it has a very nice playground for kids).

Contro: The kitchen/dining area is part is a bit misleading. We assumed it is for cooking as well, but when you arrive you get a pdf with some informations, and you are asked not to use the stove and owen. Correspondingly there are not too many kitchen utensils, pans, etc. You have to buy your own toilet paper if you run out. You, or the guests in the other room sharing the dining area have to take out the trash and get new bags for the trash cans. We were generally lucky, but parking on the street can be difficult depending on the time of day, as you do not get access to the courtyard. Figuring out the 4 keys for the first time can be a bit of a puzzle (gate, entry door, apartment door, room door), they could include the color codes in the information pdf they send or something. Communication can be a bit iffy. Response time on the Booking app varies, it was much faster on the two numbers they provide for WhatsApp. But don't get us wrong, minor inconveniences aside we had a very nice stay overall!
