Festeggiare il Nuovo Anno a Venezia

Pro: Appartamento pulitissimo, ben accessoriato. Ottimamente collegato con Venezia, tram 1 sotto casa diretto per piazzale Roma in 20 minuti senza stress per i bambini. Coop e tabacchi a 100 metri. Pizzerie e trattorie a due passi. Abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno con 2 gradi fuori, appartamento caldissimo. Posto auto in strada facile da trovare. Suggerimenti: lavatrice e piccolo divanetto in sala/cucina per perfezionare il soggiorno. Lo consiglio.

Pro: Casa pulita e ottima posizione. A 50 metri da fermata tram/bus che portano a Venezia in 20 minuti, supermercato e bar/pasticceria. Soluzione perfetta per chi vuole visitare Venezia e dintorni, senza spendere una fortuna.

Contro: Unico problema è la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in zona

Pro: Appartamento grande e confortevole, silenzioso. Comodo ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal centro. Camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa che permette tranquillamente di avere un lettino da bambini.

Contro: Se non si è pratici della zona potrebbe essere difficile trovare parcheggio se si viaggia in macchina, ma in zona il parcheggio è gratuito.

Pro: Everything was great , great communication with host, location fantastic, apartment had Everything we needed , clean and spacious, tram stop right beside it with direct line to venice , lovely cafe and shop with all essentials right beside too, would definitely recommend

Pro: The location of the apartment is perfect. Bus 2 and the tram T1 provide direct access to Venice and train station, making it very convenient for travelers. There’s also a supermarket, fish sellers, and a coffee shop nearby, which adds to the convenience. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended if the manager makes some improvements in the bathroom.

Contro: The process of collecting the keys was quite inconvenient, as we had to pick them up from a real estate office about 10 minutes away from the apartment. This proved difficult, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the walls are quite thin and not soundproof. In the mornings, the noise from neighbors leaving for school or work was very loud, and we were woken up around 7 to 8 AM each day. There are also about 10 steps leading up to the apartment, which could be a challenge if you're carrying heavy luggage or need assistance.The bathroom lacked sufficient cloth hangers, and we have already informed the manager about this for future improvements.

Pro: We liked the location. It was easy to reach Venice by tram.
