2 night stay used as hub to travel to Venice

Pro: Location was 10 minute walk from station and was a good place to stay to visit Venice as only 20 minutes on train. Host was pleasant and met us upon arrival to hand over keys and show round property, in addition also recommended some places to visit in Venice which was a nice touch. Apartment was modern and had everything we needed and we very spacious so was good value for me and exactly what we needed.

Contro: Person upstairs was noisy moving things around late at night in addition with singing loudly, not sure if they live there or were visiting however this didn't impact us too much as didn't really spend too much time in the apartment but could be a concern for others if he is a resident and continues to act in this manner. In addition to this we returned one night to find a soiled pair of underpants in the garden near our door to enter the apartment which i suspect also came from upstairs which was disgusting so could be worth the hosts having a word with him if he is a resident as this could put others off if he continues this behaviour. I didn't report this as we only had a short stay so this isn't a reflection on the host or the property itself but something should be said to him if he is a resident as he could deter or cause issues for future guests.

We were amazed to see the decoration and amenities of the property.

Pro: Decoration, cleanliness, looks like brand new apartment, and the host Georgia was very helpful and professional.

Pro: A anfitriã foi super acessível e simpática desde o início. Apesar de não estar disponível, fez arranjos para ter alguém para nos receber pessoalmente no apartamento para nos dar as chaves e dar algumas dicas sobre a cidade, apesar do nosso comboio se ter atrasado quase duas horas. A casa é muito confortável: tem ar condicionado e chão aquecido; está remodelada e decorada com muito bom gosto; máquina de lavar e detergentes disponíveis. Também fica perto da estação de comboios e a cerca de 10 min da estação de comboio central de Veneza. O bairro em volta tem imensos restaurantes por onde escolher e tem supermercados perto.

Contro: A única coisa a salientar foi que não tinha máquina de café, algo que sinceramente não sei se não tinha ou se nós é que não vimos. Tirando isso, nada a salientar.

Pro: Proximité du bus pour venise. Propreté des lieux! Place de parking Au calme sécurisé

Contro: Un lit correct pour 2 en 140.. . Le lit pour la 3eme personne assez petit en longueur et en largeur pour un adulte. Idéal pour un couple et un enfant moins de 14 ans!

Pro: De tudo. Localização perfeita. Se tiver de carro é bom, e se não tiver tem trem perto.

Contro: De ter ficado pouco tempo. Tudo foi ótimo. Grato a anfitriã.
