Superb location with good host

Pro: When I arrived, the host came down in less than a minute! The apartment is so near to the train station and super convenient. It is located beside the supermarket with a lot of good food. You can just take a train or bus to Venice for tourist attraction. Highly recommend to any tourist especially here for the first time!

Pro: The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it had to offer, the balcony has a lovely view and the location is just perfect, close to the venezia mestre train station and the area has supermarket and restaurants nearby as well. , the staff is super friendly and the host is very responsive, would book again when coming to venice

Pro: L’emplacement, l’amabilité de l’hôte et toutes les petites attentions dans l’appartement qui montrent que le propriétaire a essayé de penser à tout pour que nous passions un bon séjour. L’emplacement est top avec un arrêt de bus direct toutes les 12 min pour Venise et une supérette qui permet de trouver plein de produits italiens sympathiques justes à côté

Contro: Le matelas d’une des chambre est très dur

Pro: Las fotos publicadas reflejan fielmente el espacio disponible. El anfitrión estuvo totalmente a nuestra disposición. Llegamos de noche y nos vino a buscar. Muy buena ubicación para acceder a todas las actividades realizables en Venecia. Los supermercados y restaurantes muy cercanos.

Pro: 公寓距离梅斯特火车站步行不到10分钟，出行非常便利，附近有好几家中餐厅，吃饭也方便。房子很宽敞，还有超级大的阳台，乘凉聊天或者晾衣服都很好。房东是中国人，提前加了微信帮我们申请了入城许可，入住当天一直保持联系，并提前在楼下迎接，热情介绍屋内设施和相关旅游信息。退房时允许我们把刚租的车开进院子装行李，这太方便了。

Contro: 床头加个台灯就更好了。

Pro: Căn hộ rộng rãi, thoáng mát. Rất nhiều cửa sổ view đẹp. Đặc biệt có logia rất rộng rãi, có cả Bộ bàn ghế để ngồi relax buổi tối. Có view ra công viên phía trước. Thiết bị không quá mới nhưng dùng OK. Có điều hòa, Smart TV. Vị trí rất thuận tiện. Ngay dưới chân nhà là bến bus số 2, đi vào Venice mất khoảng 15p. Cách ga tàu Mestre 3-5p đi bộ nên đi tàu vào Venice cũng rất thoải mái (1 bến). Chủ nhà rất chu đáo, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ đặt taxi ra sân bay. Khi chúng tôi đề xuất được check-in sớm hơn 3pm (vì theo lịch tàu) chủ nhà đã nhiệt tình đáp ứng. Xin cám ơn và chúc chủ nhà luôn đông khách.

Contro: Đi trúng đợt đường sắt đình công nên đi bus khá đông, đặc biệt lúc về từ Venice.

comfortable stay, near everything. loved it here.

Pro: i booked this location because of the convenience of transportation and supermarket nearby. it was perfect because it was accessible to venice, but probably not as loud and crowded as being on the island. there are plenty of restaurants nearby. the host was very accommodating, since we arrived a little later, due to a flight delay. my app messaging wasn’t loading, so she was very quick to answer my call. the apt. was very clean and minimal, since too much furniture makes my kids a bit curious. coffee and water was very thoughtful. the balcony was very relaxing and nice to enjoy the njght. when we return to venice, i will book here again.

Contro: there isn’t a living room, but it worked out well because my kids stayed in their room and entertained themselves, while my husband and i got to hang out together.

Pro: Hôte très réactif et réponds assez rapidement aux messages envoyés. Logement propre et conforme à la description. Supermarché juste à coté du logement en cas de 1ère nécessité. Je recommande fortement.

Contro: Rien à signaler de particulier. Il manquerait peut-être un salon surtout lorsqu'on est entre amis.
