Pro: Great location with free parking space. The apartment offers absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The tram stop is literally a few meters from the house. 15 minutes and you are in the center. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. Recommended!

Great apartment with easy links to venice

Pro: Great location with free parking yet tram stop right outside to get into Venice. Communication excellent and a huge amount of information locally which was useful.

Contro: We were travelling with another couple so having two bedrooms was great however there was only one bathroom which had frosted glass so wasn't so private when the light was on 😁😆 (maybe a curtain to cover the glass)

Lovely hosts! Plenty of space for a girls weekend!

Pro: The hosts were lovely! Met us to drop off keys and checked in with us on Whatsapp throughout the visit! It was very rainy but they ensured we knew all the details of the area The apartment was just off the tram which made it very easy to get into the center of Venice

Nice comfy apartment in Venice with a great location and good value for money.

Pro: The apartment was near and clean. The most important thing that I liked was there was an AC in the living room as it was really hot outside , AC helped us to sleep well Also the location is super nice. T1 tram is just 2 mins by walk and that tram directly takes to Venezia main attraction point in just less than 15 mins. The owner of the apartment Lisa was extremely helpful. She was guiding us throughout our stay. She suggested us many things and recommended many places. She was an extremely friendly person and was not hesitant to respond to my message if I needed any information. In the apartment there was everything like kitchen , washing machine ,AC , all kitchen utensils and many other things those were kept for us by Lisa. Living in this apartment will surely save so much money if you live in the main part of Venezia.

Contro: There was nothing that I didnt like. I like the apartment and the condition of an apartment were really good. Location was also a great bonus for us.

Pro: La ubicación es genial, el tranvía está a un minuto y te deja en la plaza Roma para coger los vaporetos. El trato de Lisa es excepcional, me ayudó hasta en un capricho mío, no sé cómo agradecérselo.
