Appartamento meraviglioso!

Pro: Appartamento comodissimo e in posizione strategica per gli spostamenti vista la sua vicinanza (1minuto a piedi dalla fermata di autobus e tram, 5minuti a piedi dal bellissimo Museo M9 di Mestre assolutamente da visitare). Cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. Camere ampie, luminose e arredate in maniera ricercata con pezzi di design, in stile moderno e contemporaneo. Una scelta di buon gusto che non snatura il fascino storico della casa. Katia la proprietaria è stata gentile, disponibile e sorridente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Soggiornare in questo appartamento ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno a Venezia!

Contro: Not enought hot water for the whole family (need to wait another hour for new hot water), and very low water pressure in showers. Once this will be improved/ taken care of, the stay will be perfect. Also can park only a small car in the yard.

Perfect stay !

Pro: The place was super nice. Very tastefully decorated, only a few steps away from the central tram and bus station and the centre of Mestre. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great beds, 2 separate bedrooms. The best apartment I have ever stayed at. Very easy to reach Venice by tram or bus, just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Really liked the apartment and Katia was an excellent host.

Pro: the location was great: 5 min walking to the tram to get to venice in 20 min

Contro: The kitchen facility was below avg. Not equipped to cook and have a calm dinner at the app. after a long day

Would I go back, most definitely yes!

Pro: Katia was very friendly and obliging. She arranged out private transfer from the airport in Treviso with 'Bookling', whom we can strongly recommend. Her restaurant and activity suggestions were helpful. She was always available for a word of advice. The location is ideal for accessing Venice, with both trams and busses connecting from an adjacent stop.

Contro: We love cooking and found the kitchen equipment to be basic. It would be hard to cook a meal for four using the equipment provided. The lack of a microwave further limits your options. It seems a pity because there is the most amazing fish and fresh produce market a stone's throw away.

Pro: Beautiful accommodation in an even more beautiful house! Extremely clean! Designed with a lot of taste, every detail was thorougly thought of. Katia is extremly kind, we had everything we needed for a family of five, and more! The beds are so comfortable!!! In the center of Mestre, 2 minutes from the tram that takes you directly to Venice. We have not been in a cleaner and nicer accommodation. Thanks Katia! I cannot recommend it enough!

Pro: The apartment is perfect for a family. It has 3 bedrooms, good location, clearness, comfort and all necessary for living. The owner met us and helped with all we might want, including lots of advise about Venice.

Pro: Situado en el centro de Mestre. Es un alojamiento tipo palacete, completamente independiente con un precioso jardín muy cuidado. El interior con 3 habitaciones decoradas con todos los detalles, camas amplias y muy cómodas, una de las habitación con el baño en suite. Baños completos decorados con elegancia. Cocina equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpio. Katia es la anfitriona te ayudará en todo lo que necesites, es un encanto. 🥰 sin ningún lugar de duda será nuestro lugar de referencia para ir a Venecia.
