Vacanze al Lido

Pro: La proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile, accogliente e flessibile nelle richieste e negli orari. Ci ha dato info complete su bus e spostamenti. La casa era molto pulita ed attrezzata di ogni comfort. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ben collegata con il bus alla fermata del Ferry \

Pro: Alloggio pulito, tranquillo e confortevole. L'host è stato super accogliente, disponibile e gentile sia nel dare informazioni prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Nel raggio di pochi metri sono disponibili i servizi necessari e in poco tempo si raggiunge San Marco con i mezzi, frequenti e puntuali (anche di notte).

Pro: Nice building, with a modern apartment. Door opens directly to the street which is convenient. You can park your car there. Everything seems new and clean. There is no problem at all with the noise coming from the street. Windows has good insulation. There is all the equipment you need. We liked it very much.

Große, saubere, moderne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Pro: Perfekte Lage, große Wohnung, netter Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen. Sehr saubere, moderne Wohnung. Bäckerei, Bar, Gemüseladfn etc. direkt gegenüber, Bushaltestellen ca. 100 m entfernt. Strand relativ nah. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell am Vaporetto-Anleger und von dort schnell in Venedig. Kostenlose Parkplätze an den Straßen. Supermärkte mit dem Auto ebenfalls sehr nah.

Contro: Alles in der Wohnung läuft auf Strom (Heizung, Herd, Wasser...) und das führt teilweise zur Überlastung: Zum Kochen muss man die Heizung abstellen etc.. Wir waren über Silvester dort, teilweise mit Frost, da muss die Heizung (=Klimaanlage) voll durchlaufen.
