Bellissima esperienza

Pro: Siamo stati benissimo! La proprietaria Sara è gentile, premurosa e super precisa. L'appartamento è grande e comodo, dotato di molti comfort (lavastoviglie, TV, wifi, lavatrice, forno ecc). Il bagno è enorme. La posizione è comoda, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione del vaporetto.

It was great to stay in Lido off the main island. Better value and quiet location.

Pro: Good size kitchen and living area. Kitchen had full facilities. Great shower. A second set of keys was a welcome bonus.

Contro: The twin bed room was only accessible through the main bedroom. The twin bedroom had one smaller bed which was not suitable for an average adult.

Great apartment and very good location

Pro: Nice and big apartment. Very good for families with kids

Nice apartment but presented problems

Pro: The location is fine - but it helps to know you can take the bus from the ferry terminal to a stop in Via San Galo about 100yards beyond the flats. All you need to do is once the bus has started give it a minute and then press stop and it will stop and you only need to cross the road.

Contro: I did not like not being met as getting the keys from the safebox was tricky and the flat door key is very difficult to work - I had to ask a neighbour for help and once you learn the right thing to do I was OK but had I been met and shown I woulld have been spared considerable angst. I think she needs to check things - one of the gas cooker rings was not working. I also think when I book for two weeks I book two weeks linens NOT one week. That was resolved by using the linens left in the flat to dry from previous tenants but really not good enough. The owner was available on e mail and did help but I was still stressed by it all. A printed set of notes for tenants - nearest bus stop, nearest food shop, and so on common in other places I have rented would have been useful and she really should provide television with CNN or BBC World on it and not just endless Italian channels. My brother did get to watch some of the football but not good enough. I also did NOT like he fact that bedroom two opens of bedroom one. Had by companions been friends of the opposite sex and not relatives that would have presented quite an issue and it was not clear when I rented it that one had to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom two. The bathroom washbasin plug needs to be fixed as you cannot fill it with water.But ha I been met in the first instance as you kept telling me, although the owner had told me otherwise, I would have been happier. It was also a palaver having to send photos of everyone's passports and pay the visitor tax before hand - I did it through pay pal - which one usually does on arrival at an hotel. Again all that was sprung on me.

A perfect cozy stay on the island of Lido!

Pro: this location is amazing, I really enjoyed the hospitality and the energy of the booking. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance of the Vato. And the walk was beautiful!!!!

Un parfait séjour en famille

Pro: Le logement était mieux que ce que j'en attendais d'après les photos. Nous étions 7 et n'avons pas été à l'étroit. Le logement est à 5 mn de l'arrêt de Vaporetto du Lido, à partir duquel on rejoint la place Saint Marc en 15mn. Notre hôte Sara a été très attentive, nous demandant durant le séjour si celui-ci se passait bien. Elle nous avait laissé une bouteille de vin pétillant italien et des biscuits.

Pro: + gute Lage in Laufentfernung zur Anlegestelle + ruhig und sauber + gut ausgestattete Küche + wir haben gut geschlafen und uns wohlgefühlt + Betten und Schlafcouchen groß und bequem

Alles prima, gerne wieder.

Pro: Lage ist super, ganz nah an der Vaporetto-Station von Lido, am Zentrum mit Restaurants und Läden, und auch nicht weit vom Strand. Wohnung hat außerdem viel Platz.

Contro: Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, bei Familien aber kein Problem.

Pro: Logement spacieux, calme, très prés du pont d'embarquement du traghetto pour Venise.

Contro: Il faut finasser un peu pour trouver une place de stationnement pour la voiture.
