Appartamento moderno e spazioso in ottima posizione

Pro: Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare e da via Bafile. La struttura è accogliente e moderna, letti comodi. siamo rimasti solo una notte quindi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma sembrava sufficientemente attrezzata anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Lo staff dell’agenzia molto gentile e check in rapido - ritiro e consegna chiavi presso l’agenzia a 5/6 minuti di auto dall’appartamento.

Contro: Posto spiaggia e biancheria non inclusi Prezzo un po’ alto

Weekend tra amiche

Pro: Centralissimo vicino alla spiaggia e sul viale principale

Contro: Se dormi con le finestre aperte il viale è molto rumoroso tutta notte

Soggiorno tranquillo

Pro: L’appartamento era bellino, in ordine e in una posizione molto buona.

Contro: Divano letto un po’ scomodo.. Purtroppo l’acqua della doccia era fredda, penso per problemi della caldaia.

Attico vista mare

Pro: Appartamento in generale comodo e spazioso, vicino al mare e centro, spiaggia compresa e vista mare.

Contro: Molte formiche, terrazzo grande ma essendo attico è molto caldo e bersaglio di gabbiani e piccioni, ristorante sotto che cucinando pesce rilascia odore di cucinato tutto il giorno

Vacanza in famiglia in magico relax

Pro: Appartamento a pochi passi dal mare e direttamente in centro....per noi con una bambina piccola le giostrine le avevamo direttamente sotto casa e nel pieno centro dove trovi di tutto una vacanza davvero rilassante e il personale gentilissimo...nell appartamento ogni confort grande terrazza, stendino,cucina veramente grande,lavatrice e tutto ciò che necessita una famiglia .la consiglio vivamente a tutti

Contro: L unica pecca i materassi singoli sul letto matrimoniale un po' scomodo perché si muovevano e rimaneva il vuoto in mezzo ma per il resto nulla da dire

Pro: Struttura nuova, posizione ottima, ambienti spaziosi e luminosi. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini.

Contro: Lavatrice e lavastoviglie datate e non ben funzionanti.

Pro: Nico and has staff were very friendly and check-in at the office was easy, go upstairs to find their reception. Apartment had all we needed to self cater, comfy beds, clean rooms. Front and rear balconies were great. Good little washing machine. Air conditioning was good, but also needed in the bedroom. Private Parking is gated secure and an elevator ride from the apartment. Location is excellent for shops, restuarsnts and beach. Having walked the entire length of Jesolo we were very happy with the location. We would happily stay again. The apartment and location were excellent value for money, ideal for a family looking for a good standard. Functional, not tired or worn out, but not luxury either. Just comfortable.

Contro: There is one flight of stairs to get from the car park to the 'ground floor', so be advised. The bedroom wardrobe had only one high shelf. The hangers provided were for shirts/dresses, with shoulders only, no crossbar to hang trousers. Provide low shelving or a draw for folding of clothes, or provide normal multi purpose hangers. Simple fix. (Apartment No.7) I think booking.com indicated a lounge, but be advised this is a sofa in the kitchen next to the dining table. I expected this to be shared space and it may be a listing error. Late night very loud live music at Hotel Venezia 100m away kept us awake until midnight on two occasions. We had bedroom balcony windows open for cooling. Solution to noise is to close windows, but then it is too hot without air con in bedroom. Perhaps Hotel Venezia should be reported for noise disturbance. No other establishments or the public were causing a disturbance, and it was fine on other nights.

Pro: Very close distance to the beach and center. Nice and clean, but a few thing should be fixed/changed.Good was tat on apartment were dishwasher and washing maschine.

Contro: The aircondition was located only in the kitchen, and it was not enough to decrease temp in second room so it was too hot there Without any soap in the bathroom. Small jar of the dish detergent. There was the dishwasher so maybe would be better to have 4-5 tablets for that. Sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping. It was very noisy.

Pro: Szuper volt minden felejthetetlen élmény maradt tökéletes apartman szép kilátás tengerre.

Jó élmények pár kellemetlenséggel

Pro: Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, a sétálóutca kellős közepén található, rengeteg étteremmel, üzlettel és szórakozási lehetőséggel. A tengerpart 3-5 perc sétára van. Két erkély tartozott a két hálószobás apartmanhoz, az egyik a nagyobbik hálószobából nyílt, a másik a nappali-konyhából. 4 felnőtt és 1 gyermek tökéletesen elfért. A mosógép nagyon hasznos volt. Privát parkoló, lift. A konyha egész jól felszerelt, bár egy több férőhelyes apartmanban elfért volna még pár evőeszköz, pohár és kávéfőző. A főzőlap indukciós, rengeteg lábas és serpenyő van a szekrényekben, a mikro is modern. Hűtő fagyasztóval jól működik. Légkondi is gyorsan lehűtötte a lakást. Bőséges szekrény és pakolófelület.

Contro: Az apartman elhelyezkedése miatt éjszaka nem lehetett ablakot nyitni a hangzavar, zene és dudálások miatt, akit ez zavar, ne a sétálóutcán foglaljon szállást. A fürdőszobában a zuhanykabin nagyon kicsi és NAGYON VÍZKÖVES, víznyomás alig van, nem folyik le rendesen a víz. Mondanom sem kell, hogy 5 embernél ez milyen kellemetlen. A wc deszka mozog. Az ágyakban a matrac rugós, mint egy kollégiumban. Az apartman egész jól felszerelt, leszámítva, hogy NINCS SEPRŰ. Miért nincs seprű egy tengerparti apartmanban? Lapát és felmosó volt, seprű nem. A lift nem túl nagy, 360 kg-ig működik, már ha ennyi ember elfér benne. 2 felnőtt és egy gyermek esetleg.
