Una settimana di relax in un alloggio favoloso.
Pro: Appartamento al 1° piano di un palazzo a Sottomarina, nei pressi dell'isola dell'Unione ed a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Chioggia. Ottima impressione sin dal primo momento, comunicazione eccellente con i gestori, alloggio con locali spaziosi e veramente molto puliti, grande qualità e squisitezza nell'arredamento, letti comodi e confortevoli. Molto gradito il posteggio auto privato. Da tornarci.

Hezké ubytování na super místě
Pro: Moc hezké ubytování kde jsme pohodlně bydleli v pěti lidech (2 dospělí a tři děti). Pěšky dostupné centrum města Chioggia, obchody i pláž - byli jsme mimo sezónu, takže byla pláž bez služeb, ale i bez turistů - perfektní na procházky po pláži a stavění hradů z písku. Parkování vyžadovalo více kroucení volantem (hned za zdí a vedle dalšího zaparkovaného auta), ale perfektní byla blízkost parkování, bezpečí (vrata na klíč) i to, že bylo vidět na auto z okna. Celkově jsme měli jsme pocit, že jsme zde opravdu zažili Itálii.

Empfehlenswert.
Pro: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. 2 große Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Heizung wurde auf Anfrage sofort eingeschalten. Einzig das Schlafsofa ist etwas kaputt und rutschte leicht in 2 Teile auseinander, das könnte evtl. erneuert werden.

We were ready to move in
Pro: The space was big, bigger than we expected. The parking spot was very helpful, and the city was walkable with plenty of options for food, sites, churches, architectural beauties & a bit of romance near the water canals and streets. Our boys loved the playground nearby. When the storm hit, we barely noticed it when inside. The wifi worked great when we were in, and the clothes washing machine helped with our stinky socks from all the walking we did in town (leaving the car parked, relaxing about town). The people were polite and kind. The host reached out to ensure we knew how to get in, and to see how we were doing (via messages not in person). We barely heard noises from outside or neighbors. The balcony was nice to sit and take a breath after a great day of exploring.
Contro: Our car was a bit big, making it a little tricky to drive around town and into the parking spot. We had an SUV for our bags. By the second attempt I did much better at getting in and out of the parking gate. But what can you do when bringing things on holiday, you need the car to be big enough for 4 of us and luggage.

Fantastické ubytování na skvělém místě
Pro: Naprosto úžasné ubytování! Kousek od centra města, kousek od pláže. K dispozici parkovací místo ve dvoře, to je veliká výhoda, super! Apartmán obrovský, pohodlný, 2 koupelny, balkón, velká kuchyně. Skvělá komunikace s majiteli. Děkujeme! Grazie! Vogliamo tornare!

Pro: A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Legnagyobb előnye a zárt udvarban lévő ingyenes parkolás. A két fürdőszoba kényelmessé teszi az ott tartózkodást.
Contro: Néhány apróság hiányzott pl. a zuhanyzóból egy polc, amire kilehet tenni a szappant, sampont. A törött háttámlájú székeken nem volt kényelmes az ülés a konyhában.

Pro: Ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt 350 m entfernt. 2 leckere Pizzerien im Umkreis von 200m. Der Strand ist 500 m entfernt, aber er ist kostenpflichtig und teuer Wir reisen viel und oft, deshalb mieten wir lieber Apartments – wir haben die Möglichkeit, unsere Mahlzeiten selbst zu kochen. In den Apartments war immer alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Aber ich empfehle den Gastgebern, Dinge wie Salz, Zucker, Pflanzenöl sowie ausreichend Servietten und Toilettenpapier hinzuzufügen. Und fügen Sie auch warme Decken hinzu, denn die Gäste kommen aus verschiedenen Regionen und nicht jeder fühlt sich wohl, unter dünnen Decken zu schlafen. Es ist auch ratsam, eine Waschmaschine zu haben.
